powder millLarge pieces of material are crushed into small particles by a hammer crusher and then sent to the storage bin by a hoist. After passing through a vibrating feeder and an inclined feeding pipe, the material is evenly delivered to the upper part of the turntable's bulk tray. The material disperses around the circumference under the action of centrifugal force and falls into the raceway of the grinding ring, where it is impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring rollers. After being processed into powder through three layers of raceway, the high-pressure fan sucks in external air into the machine through suction and brings the crushed material into the powder selection machine. The rotating impeller inside the HGM series ultrafine powder mill causes coarse materials to fall back and be re ground. Fine powders that meet the requirements enter the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and are discharged through the discharge valve at the bottom, which is the finished product. The airflow with a small amount of fine dust is purified by a pulse dust collector and discharged through a fan and muffler.
